Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a National Accounts Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team. 

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channel
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Meeting with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Ensure consistency across sites and divisions scope
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry
  • Experience in B2B sales and cold calling
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of direct selling culture
  • High-level commercial and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales target
  • Minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience.

The successful candidate may be required to complete a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
