South Sydney Graphic Arts Club We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to become a part of our professional and hardworking team. You will be responsible to train, lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to foster a positive work environment. Task & Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across different settings of the club. • Manage front-of-house staff to provide high standard service. • Work closely with the senior management, head Chef and other staffs in planning and organizing special functions. • Ensure the facility is compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations. • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. • Manage inventory and identify ways to optimize efficiency. • Ensure the guests receive a memorable dining experience. • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. • Conduct regular training to develop staff skills, enhance service quality and foster positive work environment. • May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders. • Hiring staffs, manage rostering, address complains and prepare operational reports. • Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies. Qualification & Experience Minimum two years work experience as a Restaurant Manager Ability to train and supervise a diverse team. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire a team. Knowledge of hospitality trends, software and financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work full-time. Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks efficiently. Applicants with club background and compressive understanding of Club members expectations would be an advantage. About Company The Club serves Modern Australian Cuisine and has a good reputation for quality dining serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week with full table service. The Club hosts functions and events including engagements, birthdays, wakes & memorials, farewells and business meetings. Good staff are hard to find but we have confidence you will find us.
