TIA GLOBAL Restaurant Manager The Delany Hotel TIA GLOBAL is working with a long established classic bistro located in Cooks Hill, NSW who are currently seeking enthusiastic, talented, and hard-working Restaurant Manager. Whether it be an afternoon drink or an intimate dinner, we aim to be a landmark that will deliver a new culinary and service experience to our members and guests. The Positions Our client is seeking highly motivated, experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be hiring, training and supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, overseeing daily operations including opening and closing procedures, preparing and managing budgets, ensuring food compliance and quality and strong leadership skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners. • Schedule shifts and manage staff performance. • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts. • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns. • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. • Prepare and manage budgets, including payroll and operating expenses. • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers. • Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards. • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant premises. Qualification & Experience Ideal Candidates • Be experienced in a similar high-volume casual dining venue, preferably upmarket pubs, hotels, or restaurants. • Have the flexibility necessary to workdays, nights, and weekends. • Possession of a highly relevant Certificate IV (or equivalent) • At least 2 years post qualification experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced/flexible environment. • Preference will be placed on applicants with unrestricted work rights. • Above all else, have a passion for great food and great customer service.
