Your new role
Your role will sit within the Group Financial Controlling team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Your role will be to lead, steer and support overall financial reporting that is beneficial to people & the planet and protects and adds value to assets, securing profitable growth and financial independence.
Main duties will include:
Contribute to the accurate and timely execution, preparation and submission of all financial reporting in compliance with company standards
Responsible for various types of reconciliations, analytical review, analysis and maintaining effective internal controls.
Review, prepare, post and reconcile journal entries, costs and revenues, accruals, intercompany charges, administrative tasks linked to treasury (cash flow) and functional adjustments.
Carry out internal and external audit related work, yearly filings and other compliance activities
Preparation of statutory reports
Managing inventory
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Big 4 and Audit
Retail experience essential
CPA/CA qualified
Excellent communicator
Excellent technical background
Ability to work cohesively in a team
