Planner (Also known as Strategist, Strategy Planner)
Your job is to devise brilliant communication strategies for your clients, that provide the foundations for exceptional creative advertising. You will be expert at gathering the relevant knowledge and insight to write great briefs – including trend research, data interpretation and conducting your own research, both qualitative and quantitative. You need to bring inspiration, clarity of thought and passion to your briefs. Reporting to Senior Planner, you must demonstrate impeccable communication skills as you will regularly be required to present your work with a convincing and compelling presentation style and impressive skills with PowerPoint/other presentation tools. You’ll also be able to build solid relationships with creative, account management and clients, show initiative and work independently. Day to day, you will write thoughtful and inspiring briefs, brief creative teams, manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, write research debriefs for clients and internal audiences and work with your account teams on competitive analysis and POVs on relevant markets.
Salary - $85k - $105k package
Senior Planner (Also known as Senior Strategist, Senior Strategy Planner, Associate Planning Director)
This role is suited to someone with 4+ years’ experience in a strategy role or equivalent role in which business rigour, creative inspiration and human insight collide. The focus of the role is to be a strategic leader in the business, responsible for developing brilliant strategic solutions for your accounts and on new business. Helping your clients to define and overcome business and brand problems and harness the opportunities presented. You will act as the client go to on all things customer, category and culture by being on top of the latest trends and innovations. You’ll demonstrate strong communication, relationship and people management skills. You will write clear and concise presentations. You’ll be confident with both qualitative and quantitative research technique (interpretation and preferably ability to lead/facilitate) and you’ll have an appetite for learning new skills and tools – including techniques such as UX/CX.

Planning Director (Also known as Strategy Director)
We’re looking for a Planning Director to join our team. The Planning Director is the visionary leader across their client portfolio. They are responsible for anticipating and driving the long-term issues that will add value by way of fresh and insightful perspective regarding the consumer and their relationships to the brand. You will develop strategic direction for your allocated client which reflect our vision to provide unique creative led solutions to their brand, business and communications challenges. You will build rapport with both the agency and the clients’ business so as to cement relationships on all levels and become a central part of the agency’s offering and products. We are looking for a strong strategic leader to bring a new dimension of strategic quality to the agency’s core offering and provide better services to the current clients. Desired Skills and Experience include: Creative Strategy, Brand Marketing and Innovation, Digital, Data and Technology Skills, Customer Experience, Problem Solving, Behavioural Insights.
Salary – Over Threshold
All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
