Experience Strategist (also known as CX or UX strategist, CRM strategist)

The CX strategist is a problem-solving thinker delivering business insights through understanding audiences, developing data-led decisions, customer experiences and strategy direction. Day-to-day they concentrate on guiding strategy across key accounts while delivering industry-leading service, which includes: Analyzing a variety of data-centric resources, hacking data, researching behaviours, looking at what people are doing and hypothesizing why. Building consumer personas, identifying pain points and mapping experience journeys to envision brand experiences across web, mobile, AI, CRM and other interfaces. Work with clients to quickly develop clear and detailed briefs across relevant channels. Micro-journey planning: documenting workshops and creating design artefacts such as storyboards, as-is and future-state journey flows to help clients understand the best solution for the customer.

Experience Designer (also known as UX or UI Designer)
The UI/UX Designer creates engaging user experiences that delight our clients and their customers. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering requirements, creative design (including some print) and wireframing. To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role. Responsibilities & skills: Gather and evaluate user requirements, Effectively communicate design ideas using a variety of methods including but not limited to wireframes, sketches and flow diagrams, Present and communicate effectively with our clients, Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, Up-to-date knowledge of relevant design software, Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
