About The Role As our new Credit Controller, you will play a key role within our national finance team as you focus on compiling and maintaining Velocity Truck Centres Australias accounts receivables records to ensure all debtors have paid invoices within the companys established payment procedures.
Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, this position will be based at our Daimler Trucks Perth Dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Receipt cash sales, debtors payments, and banking
Control and collect debtors balances
Reconcile Debtors, cash sales accounts and Finance Company payment clearing account
Managing accounts and processing new account applications
Account reconciliation & issuing monthly invoices/statements
Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
