Our Versent Operations team is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Internal IT Support function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support ALL of Versent's business users and system tools.
In this role, you'll work closely with the internal support team to maintain the day-to-day operations of Versent, supporting over 500 users and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the routine contact point for support requests, handling inquiries from both the Sydney office and remote users.
Conduct initial investigations and diagnoses, ensuring unresolved issues are promptly escalated.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Provide support in alignment with customer SLAs, fostering customer satisfaction and success with our products.
