The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the neurology practice. In addition to managing general operations, you will also serve as the face of our practice, providing warm and empathetic reception to everyone who walks through our doors. Your role will ensure a well coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered experience. Responsibilities: Care Pathway Management
Act as the single point of contact for patients to guide them through their journey with us, from initial consultation through follow-up appointments. Answering and addressing any non-medical patient concerns effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate a smooth and efficient healthcare experience for the patient.
