Key Responsibilities:
Design & Strategy Development: Develop and prepare landscape designs and documentation for complex parkland and road landscape projects.
High-Quality Delivery: Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of designs within the overall design program.
Cost Estimates: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for the design and installation of landscape projects.
Budget Management: Develop project design budgets and report any variances against approved budgets.
Consultancy Services: Source, select, and manage required consultancy services.
Policy Implementation: Prepare, review, and lead the implementation of landscape policies, strategies, and guidelines.
Future Project Opportunities: Identify opportunities for future landscape projects and develop both short- and long-term implementation strategies.
