Fit and able to perform a variety of physical activities
Handle routine maintenance issues
Painting and maintaining the interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, such as changing light bulbs, and adjusting room fixtures etc.
Weeding & spraying carparks, edging and garden beds
Mowing lawns around buildings
Communicate with hotel departments regarding maintenance needs
General building and grounds maintenance including assisting with regular checks and repairs as required.
Painting and maintaining the interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel.
