What you'll do
- Provide inventory specialist product and project support, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency, via phone, email, support ticket system or company projects.
- Accurately build and develop new and existing products across multiple platforms and CMS systems including both dealer and OEM content and requests, ensuring compliance.
- Support website re-platforming activity to drive customer retention and encourage repeat and additional business.
- Provide internal and dealer training as required, relating to existing and new inventory-specific products.
- Quality Assurance checks and audits of inventory configurations and implementations prior to product delivery.
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor website analytics to optimise performance and user experience
