The primary purpose of this position is to drive business growth in your state for the Winnings Trade Division. Our Trade Division is responsible for working closely with our showroom retail teams to foster closer relationships with key customers from the following industry groups - interior designers, architects, premium joiners and kitchen companies.
The role will have a mix of new business development and existing account management responsibilities. Referral targets and KPI’s will be met through outstanding relationship management and sales skills. The position is split between the showroom and field, and will vary depending on the needs of the business.
- Craft and deliver engaging presentations on Company/Product/Brand/Trends, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and understanding.
- Prepare and present project proposals based on provided briefs, demonstrating a keen understanding of client needs.
- Manage project follow-up activities until a builder is awarded the project, ensuring a seamless handover to the retail or commercial team for further processing and completion.
- Provide valuable samples and marketing collateral to enhance the sales process.
- Offer support in documentation tasks to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in install and tech recommendations, contributing to the overall project success.
- Maintain immediate response times, surpassing typical store capabilities, particularly during customer visits and selection processes.
- Coordinate showroom appointments with end users, creating a personalised and impactful experience.
- Handle orders and, as necessary, generate quotes, adapting to the scale and complexity of each project.
