This position is for an inserter machine operator to run an inserting machine and high-speed inkjet printing machine within our mail house operations. This position is for the afternoon shift, additional hours will be required during seasonal peak periods each quarter throughout the year including some weekend work.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Geelong, Victoria, working in an on-site work model!
About You:
- Experience in running an inserting machine is preferable but not critical as on the job training will be offered
- Previous experience in the printing industry or experience in a mail house environment and having an understanding of the mail lodgement process would be an advantage
- You will be a mechanically minded individual with excellent problem-solving skills
- We welcome fresh graduates eager to start their career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
