Your new role
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing general office operations and ensuring a well-organised workspace
Handling, purchasing, invoicing, and processing payments
Coordinating schedules and supporting project managers with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate document control and filing systems for projects
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assisting with the preparation of contracts, reports, and proposals
Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
Providing administrative support to senior management and construction teams as needed
Assisting with ad-hoc office and project-related duties
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management software
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, within the construction or related industries
Experience in document control or project administration would be highly regarded.
