About The Role...  
Reporting to the Senior Manager People, Culture and Performance this role will provide HR support, coordination and administration across a full range of HR services to National Pharmacies employees working in our Support Offices. As part of the wider People and Culture team, this role will work collaboratively to contribute to the development and consistent implementation of the departments procedures and projects. 
In this role, you will:

Coordinate recruitment function with advertising, screening, interviewing and post recruitment activities
Coordinate the on-boarding experience of new employees
Coordinate the offboarding process for employees, including preparation of acceptance of resignation letters, exit interviews are issued, internal correspondence is provided to relevant departments and
