Our client has excellent talent throughout the business and due to continued growth is now looking for a Site manager to join the team delivering projects for key client's. Our client prioritise excellent delivery standards and a team first approach so if well resourced sites and expert support is what you are looking for this is the job for you.
The Role
Site Manager joining a well established team and taking on the deliver initially of an industrial project located inner South Brisbane
Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
As site manager you will take responsibility for all on site duties running your own projects end to end
Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable track record in supervision of commercial construction projects up to $15m
Current First Aid Certificate required
QBCC Site Supervisor License
Australian Citizenship and clear criminal record (Site access requirement)
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
