This role involves managing the coordination of incoming goods, handling materials efficiently, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of work orders. Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Load and unload orders using forklifts or cranes. Coordinate and tag incoming steel stock; document with photos.
System Administration: Process invoices, oversee job cards and purchase orders.
Customer Service: Manage correspondence and handle customer inquiries and requests professionally.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Safe Work Instructions to maintain a hazard-free environment.
