We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project.
The role will require but not be limited to:
Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrolls
Assist with the onboarding of new employees for by processing new hires in various platforms. Working with candidates to ensure paperwork is accurately completed in full
Ensure personnel files are maintained, up to date, scanned and archived when necessary
Ad hoc administration projects as required
Participate in internal / external audits as required
Perform general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as required
Make changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in
