About the Role Our Cleveland Home and Community Service seeks a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team on a Part-time basis. Applicants must be available to work on weekends . In this role, you will offer essential assistance to clients, aiding them in daily tasks to maintain independence and comfort at home. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication assistance, transportation, domestic duties, and assisting clients to meet social needs.
