Your new role As a Junior leasing associate, you will be supporting the leasing team in managing and expanding the company's commercial and medical property portfolio. Main responsibilities include:
Assist in coordinating property viewings and open houses.
Handle enquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed property information.
Draft and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of lease transactions and tenant interactions.
Support senior team members in lease negotiations and property management activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelors degree in Property Management, Business or a related field.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous.
Previous experience in a leasing or real estate role is a plus, but not required.
