Eurofurn Pty Ltd ATF Eurofurn Unit Trust The Cabinet Maker is responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry, furniture, and joinery items according to the specifications provided by clients and designers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Design and Planning : Interpret and analyse design specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings. Collaborate with drafters and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide input on design feasibility and material selection. Construction and Assembly : Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Construct and assemble cabinets, furniture, and joinery items with precision and attention to detail. Apply finishes, veneers, and laminates to completed pieces as required. Installation : Install completed cabinetry and furniture at client sites, ensuring proper fit and finish. Make necessary adjustments and modifications on-site to achieve the desired outcome. Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues in workmanship. Maintenance and Safety : Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and follow proper safety procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in woodworking technology. Qualification & Experience Cert III or Cert IV qualification + 2 years full time relevant work experience. Alternatively 3 years full time relevant work experience can be considered in lieu.
