Chef de Partie -Chapter Place Conference and Events
We are currently seeking a dynamic Chef de Partie to assist in the overall Banquets operations for the site. This role will have a specific focus on managing the day to day operations in the banquets and events kitchen, where you will be supported the Culinary team .
You will have a passion for progressive, high-quality food, working closely with local producers and farmers to showcase the best produce Victoria has on offer in conjunction with your senior team. Having excellent supplier relationships is important to you,

More About You
Solid experience as Chef de Partie
Relevant Australian Chef recognised trade qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
