Dinosaur Designs, one of Australia’s top design companies is looking for a full time Contracts Manager in our expanding Sydney based workshop.

With a minimum of two to three years relevant work experience in a similar role, you’ll have a proven attention to detail and be adaptable to the changing needs of the business as it grows.
Key Tasks
Providing support relating to updates and negotiations of company contracts etc.
Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies and propose appropriate solutions
Ensuring deliveries are compliant with contracts and that all terms have been fulfilled before dispatch
Serve as a point of contact for clients concerning contracts, projects and services provided by Dinosaur Designs
Collaborating with internal teams to support other contract related initiatives
Managing and maintaining contracts with key suppliers to the benefit of the company and ensuring profitability within the department and the company at large
Working with department managers, owners, customers, to facilitate goals and requirements
Communicating closely with senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
Receiving requests from new clients and assessing suitability to take on as a client
Ensuring contracts are compliant with the jurisdiction in which they apply
Reporting on variations to work orders and communicating with relevant departments in a timely manner to ensure efficient compliance with changes
Required Experience: Bachelors Degree in a related field and a minimum two years relevant work experience, or at least three years of relevant work experience.
Salary: $75,000.00 Plus Superannuation.
