SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000 p/a
TK Corporate Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, creative in menu development, and dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. The role requires someone who can effectively manage the kitchen environment, ensure timely and precise food preparation, and consistently maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every meal.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Develop, refine, and implement menu items using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene standards and follow safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure that all food preparation aligns with the restaurant’s standard of excellence.
Contribute to the overall dining experience by innovating new dishes and enhancing menu offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese); proficiency in Malaysian is preferred.
Relevant qualifications in cookery (Certificate III and Certificate IV in Cookery required).
Australian qualifications and experience are highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Chef in reputable restaurants.
Strong culinary skills, with expertise in modern techniques and knowledge of current food trends.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with strong attention to detail.
