POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Marketing Specialist at LZS Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives to enhance the centre's brand presence and engage with prospective families. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with the centre's vision of offering high-quality early learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns that target prospective families and promote the centre’s unique educational programs.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth in the childcare/education sector.
Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Coordinate and execute events, tours, and promotional activities to increase enrolments and community engagement.
Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within time and cost constraints.
Create and maintain reporting workbooks in Excel to track the success of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, content, and advertising campaigns.
Analyse and interpret market data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure marketing efforts align with LZS Pty Ltd’s values of fostering child development through play-based learning.
Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders, including families, community members, and company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist within the childcare or education sector.
Strong understanding of the childcare/education sector and familiarity with early childhood education marketing principles.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
Advanced Excel skills for building reports and analysing data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a proven ability to interpret market data and trends.
