ANZ Mobile Lending Burwood is seeking for a talented and knowledgeable Finance Broker/ Mortgage Broker to join our team in Sydney. As a Mobile Lender, you will be establishing long term relationships with clients on their property purchase journey. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to real life scenarios to make a difference to your clients’ lives.
The role of a Loan Writer includes:
• Provide exceptional customer service, advice and guidance to clients who are looking to secure a home loan, and may be unsure as to the various / best options available for their individual financial situations.
• Analyse clients' financial status, discussing finance options
• Recommending lending solutions according to clients' needs
• Arrange home loan, commercial loan, asset finance and other types of finance for clients
• Preparing documents which set out the conditions of finance, repayments and loan periods
To be considered for these opportunities you will need to have the following:
• Have relevant Diploma or high qualification
• Minimum Two years’ work experience as a lending specialist is required
• Passion for success in sale
• Exceptional customer service with a consultative / educational approach to sales
• High attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to learn various products and systems
• Impeccable communication both verbal and written
• Drive and motivation for team success in addition to individual success
• Banking and Finance knowledge and/or qualification is highly desirable
