About the role
Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Kalgoorlie Steel Centre branch. You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
Hours for this role will be Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
The successful candidate will receive a $25,000 remote living allowance , per year, additional to salary.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Processing cash sales, quotes and orders
Preparing reports
Maximising sales opportunities
General administration duties
