Working in an Agile Environment, the Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation and enhancement of tooling and process to automate the deployment of software development and Infrastructure as Code across Auto & General. This role sits at the intersection of Infrastructure & IT Operations, and Development teams and requires continuous innovation and process improvements to deliver reliable applications and resilient infrastructure for Auto & General customers. A key function of this role will be to reduce time to market for specific AI innovations and initiatives at Auto & General viewed through a cyber security lens.
The role
Consistently contribute to the design and implementation of automation foundation, standards and practices for the Security team drawing on knowledge of DevOps/Cloud industry practices and frameworks.
Review and provide guidance on code from DevOps engineers to ensure that all quality and compliance
