We're seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing seamless IT experiences for our staff, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT technical issues related to desktop hardware and software, mobile devices, printing, network connectivity, and common desktop applications (L1/L2).
Manage workload using ITSM toolset, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.
Provide exceptional customer service, meeting KPIs/SLAs and identifying areas for system or process improvement.
Assist Technical Support and partners with onsite support, new implementations, and stakeholder education.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a service desk, desktop, or technical support role.
Extensive experience supporting O365, Intune, Windows, Macs, basic networking and printers.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization relying on vendors.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including external service providers.
Experience supporting C-Suite employees onsite and remotely.
Candidate must have full rights to live and work in Australia.
Candidate must have ability to obtain an Authority to Work in Australia and Police Clearance without adverse notations.
