We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant to join our growing finance team. Based at our head office in Pyrmont, this full-time role will see you challenged while you develop and grow your existing finance skills.
Your duties will include:
Ensure all cash receipts throughout the organisation are secure, processed and collected in a timely, orderly and controlled fashion
Manage the collections process and follow up. Check and verify automated AR reports
Oversee banking and cash receipts from the Venues, Online Business and Head Office
Assist with Company customer payment plans
Maintain accurate customer details and account status
Manage the reconciliation of merchant accounts and other payments platform
Investigate claims deducted from remittance through to resolution
Skills/Experience:
Proven interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Previous accounts receivable experience (desirable but not essential)
Sound organisational skills
Very high attention to detail
Willing to learn and cross training
