About the Role
As the Farm Overseer, you will spearhead day-to-day operations, focusing on managing a high-quality Merino and cross-bred sheep flock. You will play a crucial role in pasture management, crop rotation, and infrastructure development, ensuring high yield and quality.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the Merino & crossbred sheep flock
Oversee animal husbandry, pasture renovation, and fodder production.
Ensure buildings and outbuildings, including wool shed, stables, workshop, hay shed, and machinery/storage sheds, are in top condition.
Lead and manage staff, prepare budgets, and develop farm plans in collaboration with the family
