Dennis Family Homes has a vacancy for a highly motivated and organised Pre-Site Coordinator to join our fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative team based at our Geelong office.
Reporting to the Pre-Site & Compliance Team Leader this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive regular, informative and accurate communication throughout the whole pre-site phase of their new home build.
As a Pre-Site Coordinator, you will coordinate activities to prepare for our customers? new home builds whilst ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction is delivered.
Daily tasks include:
Managing the client?s experience by ensuring they are contacted proactively to provide accurate information and updates relating to the progress of their project.
Proactive management and scheduling of day-to-day communications to customers, Sales Consultants, internal service providers and suppliers to ensure KPI?s and forecast monthly
