This opportunity is perfect for a proactive and conscientious finance professional looking to work in a high-energy, customer-oriented environment. You'll collaborate closely with property managers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring financial health and fostering business growth.
Responsibilities:
Regularly analyse Profit & Loss statements and investigate any significant variances.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations,
Month-End reporting and variance analysis.
Collaboration with property managers on month-end results, providing insights and suggestions for financial improvements.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Review payroll
Inter-state travel to other properties and working with senior leadership.
Lead a team of 6 people across the different properties.
