Our client is a leading food manufacturer that is seeking
2x Mechanical Fitters
on a temp to perm basis in their Osborne Park site.
Monday to Friday (day shift)
Pay rate: $ per hour
Duties:
Will be fitting and assembling metal parts to fabricate production machines and other equipment.
Will be using a range of tools and engineering techniques to maintain and repair mobile and fixed mechanical plant and equipment to clients' operational standards.
Constructing and modifying parts and components, using a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools.
Requirements:
Mechanical Fitter trade certificate
Inventory management.
Minimum 3 years proven trade experience post apprenticeship
Industrial (high volume) food processing experience, particularly frozen foods
Knowledge of ammonia based refrigeration systems
Must be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical blue prints
