About the role
Our client is looking for a skilled SAP EAM Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs for SAP EAM users, including the development of comprehensive training content and the execution of 'Train the Trainer' programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that both end-users and internal trainers are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to utilise SAP EAM effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for SAP EAM, tailored to various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams
Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training content
Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions to enable internal trainers and key users to deliver SAP EAM training effectively
Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and SAP
