As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts and guiding customers through their journey to secure long-term relationships in line with client and company requirements to meet KPI and targets.
Key Task and Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers
Understand customer needs and investigate solutions
Make recommendations and generate quotes
Handle any objections or concerns from customers or leads
Onboard new customers and set up accounts
The ideal candidate:
Positive, high energy with a can do attitude to learn and take on feedback
Ability to build rapport and effective relationships within the business and customers
Drive to exceed expectations and celebrating wins
Good computer skills - Microsoft office suites and CRM
Professional and personable verbal and written communication
Ability to be flexible, resourceful and solution focused.
Experience in trade sales/ customer service will highly regarded
