Duties will include but wont be limited to -
Oversee the creation and management of marketing content across various channels, including social media, videos, podcasts, email, blogs, landing pages, website content, and printed materials.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy while managing content framework governance, budgeting, and scheduling.
Lead the coordination and execution of the social media strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
Utilise social listening tools to quickly respond and stay informed about conversations among customers and key industry influencers online.
Analyse and report on the performance of content and social media efforts.
Serve as a key user for Oneview (CRM) and ClickDimensions, driving the adoption and development of these systems, and designing and implementing e-newsletters and other targeted communications.
Ensure all activities adhere to corporate governance processes and comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
