Coordinate and supervise the reliability team to collate and identify the root causes of downtime
Determine and deliver equipment strategies, identify defect elimination, and produce life cycle analysis to ensure that optimum safety and plant operability is achieved throughout the fixed plants at KCGM
Provide strong positive leadership through coaching, mentoring, and developmental activities ensuring training & succession plans are in place for the reliability team
Family friendly roster with a FIFO option for the successful candidate
