The opportunity
The ICT Security Analyst is responsible for protecting and enhancing the organisations information systems by identifying and mitigating security risks as well as collaboratively working with the ICT team on the day-to-day operations of the in-place security solutions.
Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture, under the direction of the Cyber & Information Security Manager, where appropriate.
Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures) under the direction of the Cyber & Information Security Manager, where appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the ICT Security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
Monitor SIEM, logs and reports.
Participate in security incident investigations and responses.
Participate in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security
