- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple executives
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of senior executives
- Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as needed
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
- Plan and organise team events, such as all hands off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities, to promote collaboration and morale
- Coordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive matters
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Provide support to other members of the administrative team as needed
