Park Managers: NRMA Agnes Water Holiday Park

Commencing in late October 2024,this is a contract management position.  Together, you will have strong leadership and a customer-centric and hands-on approach. We welcome a couple with fresh eyes, energy and enthusiasm. A willingness to learn and drive a guest focused park, to make a difference, will be key to your success. There is no Managers residence available on site at this property. 

This is an exciting and rewarding offering and is a lifestyle choice for the right couple. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business.  A small and very manageable park, with a range of accommodation options from, Beach houses, to Villas, to Beachfront Studios and Safari tents!

Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN.  In addition, management teams will need to demonstrate financial capacity to purchase plant and equipment (if you do not already have this).  Management teams can expect to earn base income, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite.

What You’ll do (apart from living in paradise)

  • Engage and manage employees
  • Ensure top class, guest experience as your priority
  • Manage all areas of park operations
  • A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
  • Managing financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen
  • Leading by example ensuring efficient management practices are employed, maintaining compliance with safety and statutory standards

What you’ll bring 

A successful management team will consider themselves confident, 'all-rounders' and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a very busy holiday park environment. This varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships with employees, guests and key stakeholders.

  • Current valid Drivers Licence - essential
  • Current First Aid and CPR - essential
  • Current WWCC – essential

We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing, finance, IT, caravan park legislation and safety.
