Key Requirements include:
Architecture Oversight: Ensure CRM system compatibility and integration within the Enterprise Architecture.
Data Management: Develop and implement data architecture and integration frameworks, create documentation, data models, and manage a data asset register.
Consultation: Collaborate with Cyber Security and Legal teams on data security and privacy, especially for cloud integrations within Power Platform.
Platform Maintenance: Manage and support database operations, CRM solutions, and Power Platform, including handling upgrades and integration issues.
Security Liaison: Coordinate periodic security reviews and risk remediation in compliance with ISM requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture, strong technical skills with CRM and Power Platform solutions, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
