About the role To successfully fulfil this role, you will be a strong writer and content creator and have a passion for social media and writing for the web. You will ensure the quality, consistency, integrity and governance of the Swim, Sport and Leisure brand is maintained and support Leisure and Recreation departments with photography, briefing artwork, writing communication pieces and marketing administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Source and create engaging content for seven Swim Sport & Leisure social media platforms and respond to customer enquiries via these platforms.
Assist the Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience Manager with campaign development, brand management and roll-out of marketing strategies, programs and action plans.
Writing and recording video content for social media, eDM newsletters and website landing pages.
Developing and maintaining up-to-date Swim Sport & Leisure department website content.
Administer and facilitate marketing and communication software
