We have exciting opportunities on offer for experienced and reliable RN's to join our team on a FT, PPT & Casual basis at our Menarock LIFE Moama home. Roster includes working night shifts.
You will work with a professional clinical team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of resident care, clinical management, maintaining quality documentation and providing guidance and support to care staff.
About you:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent – with current AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar position in aged care
Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff in the provision of care
Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Demonstrated high level of analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated understanding and commitment to continuous improvement
The right to work in Australia
Current IPC lead training highly regarded
