What will this role involve?
Leading your team of Enrolled Nurses and Carer's to ensure that our resident's are looked after with a high level of attentiveness, kindness and respect.
Communicating with residents, team members and families to ensure that things are followed up promptly and effectively
Role modelling behavior and attitudes that are required of care staff, in order to facilitate a culture of honesty and integrity.
What do I need to apply?

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
The ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature Care
Understanding of and commitment to quality improvement
Ability to consider physical, social and psychological requirements
