We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the staff and operation of our venue in the the heart of Mornington. You will be responsible for the implementation of our policies and procedures. As our Restaurant Manager you will ensure that staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws, and that customers’ needs are promptly met. Working with a professional team, you will be responsible for staff supervision inclusive of training, maintaining and creating exceptional customer relationships. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of quality service

Train and supervise staff
Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
Lead by example through consistently demonstrating the business philosophy principles.
Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Maintain safe working conditions
Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
Skills required:
5 years experience in the hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organization and leadership skills
Dependable and reliable
