Chef de Partie Position - Bremer Bay Resort Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The Bremer Bay Resort is located 5 1/2 hours south-east of Perth on the Southern Coast. We are a busy venue with both locals and tourists.
We have 21 motel rooms, including self-contained and motel style; and our busy restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
Chef de Partie Duties:
? Preparing, cooking and serving food to our high standard
? Training kitchen staff
? Ensuring efficient stock levels to reduce food costs
? Ensure that portion control is maintained in accordance with guidelines
? Ordering, receiving and storage of food
? Following strict food preparation best practices and maintain the hygiene standards of their work area
? Planning restaurant menus and creating special menus for functions and tours
? Communicating with FOH, restaurant and office
? Reporting to Head Chef and managers
Desired Attributes:
The Chef de Partie requires a reliable and enthusiastic team player who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering great food and service. Time management skills and the ability to solve problems quickly are vital to the role. Applicants must have: a love of hospitality; a professional attitude, high personal presentation and an excellent work ethic. The candidate should be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
Salary and Accommodation package available.
It is expected that the candidate completes a 38-hour week which includes two days off
Salary Range - $70,000+
