Administration Assistant

Programmed is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
Programmed is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to assist our civil client in its day to day operations at its Gunnedah depot.
Key Responsibilities :

Act as a reception point for visitors to the office
Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
Collation of site paperwork
Petty cash management
Entering of purchase orders and delivery dockets
Processing labour and plant timesheets
Daily input and costing of equipment and labour

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team ethic with a willingness to get involved with a wide range of administrative activities as the team
