Our Global IT Consulting Client is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics CRM for a program of work with a federal government agency.
This is a permanent engagement, located in our client's Canberra office.
As the selected candidate, you will:
Deliver professional services through the design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM as required by the project.
Provide industry-specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution implementations, extensions, and upgrades.
Lead functional design best practices for digital projects.
Write functional specifications and assist in writing User Stories for Dynamics 365 engagements.
Be accountable for defined work assignments/projects.
Support functional resources in workshops and proof-of-concept/pilot implementations.
Assist with preparation of proposals and demos.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Extensive experience in the customization, configuration, extension, and functional design of Dynamics CE
